What to Expect
While Dietitians and Nutritionist focus on food alone, a Health Coach works with their clients to achieve whole body health. The most important thing to recognize before you begin is that this is not a diet. The programs I offer are all designed to provide you with the tools and education you need to get sustainable results through diet and lifestyle changes. Quick fixes simply don't last.
How does the program work?
- After signing up for a program, we will meet weekly for a customized coaching session (45-60 minutes). These sessions are designed to help you discover what foods work best for your body, and to identify and address any roadblocks you may have.
- Every session is unique, and not all sessions will focus on what you put into your body... because nourishing your body is so much more than the food into it.
- The programs I offer are proven to be successful; however the results you achieve are totally up to you. You will get out of the program what you put into it!
