Challenge

Share the LOVE:  Encourage others... you might be surprised at the boost you get yourself by doing this.  It could be as little as saying good morining to someone on the trail as you pass.

Level Up!:  Be 1% better today than yesterday - in any area (Food, Movement, Water, Emotionally)!

Hit the weights:  Did you know - a pound of fat burns about 1 calorie a day, while a pound of muscle burns up to 50 calories... pretty amazing right?!  Cardio is great to build up stamina, but don't forget to add some strength training to your routine.

Hydrate:  Its hot out there get your water in (body weight x .6)
