Fall....

As the days get shorter and the weather gets brisker in the Northern part of the States make sure you are still getting outside.  Vitamin D has an amazing impact on your brain and bone health - strive to get outside for at least 30 minutes a day (the more skin barred the better (heheh)). The sun coming up later does not give you a pass on your morning walk/run - have a plan in place to make sure you keep your body moving!
